As Opterra's AI Product & Adoption Lead, I build the AI voice agents and agentic scheduling that take a clinic's front desk to 24/7, plus the voice-powered clinical documentation that writes practitioners' notes for them, all on PHI-safe AWS infrastructure, then customize and deploy the system into each clinic as a forward-deployed builder working alongside clinic owners and practitioners.

An AI agent that answers every call, recovers no-shows, and reactivates lapsed patients — booking across rooms and practitioners without conflicts, handling the stacked-scheduling math a calendar can't.
Practitioners speak; the AI writes the clinical note, tuned to holistic-modality nuance. Saves ~2 hours of documentation a day, so they stay present with patients instead of typing.
The AWS backbone that keeps patient data safe: PHI is tokenized before any AI model ever sees it, on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure migrated with zero downtime.
An AI team member that runs the practice's business phone line — fielding calls and texts — while staff can still jump in on messages, make calls, and monitor everything the AI concierge handles.
When a patient cancels last-minute and the practitioner's mid-session, the AI voice agent handles the schedule and auto-sends a pay link per the cancellation policy — so practitioners still get paid for their time and staff isn't chasing money.
High-quality AI needs high customization — which only scales if you make it repeatable. I turned our deployment SOPs into Claude Code skills, run in tandem by the AI agent and a forward-deployed dev, cutting new-clinic onboarding from 3 months to 1.
